Is this a hotel or an apartment?
Both. Every unit has a kitchen, bathroom and seating area like an apartment, and you can add hotel service and breakfast if you like. Bed and bath linen are always included.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in from 15:00, check-out by 10:30. A late check-out until 13:00 costs €20, subject to availability.
Is there a pool?
Yes, a 35-metre natural pool with a sun terrace, open from 1 May to 30 September. Children under 12 may only swim with an adult present.
How much is breakfast?
€22 per adult, €15 per child aged 4 to 11, free up to age 3. You book it for your whole stay or for the days you choose.
Is there parking?
Next to the hotel, €7.50 per night and open 24 hours a day; please leave it by 12:00 on your day of departure. If the car park is full, you can park free of charge in the streets around the hotel. There are two charging points on the estate.
Are dogs allowed?
Yes, up to two per unit, €17.50 per dog per night; please let us know in advance. Not in the breakfast room. Outside the high season, dogs are allowed on the beach.
Is there a restaurant?
No, but there is a bar in the lounge, open during reception hours, and a kitchen in every unit. At reception you get our list of restaurants nearby.
Is the hotel accessible?
Yes. Everything is step-free, every room can be reached by lift, and several rooms have an adapted toilet and bathroom.
How do I get there?
By car: take the Westendelaan (N318) to Westende-Dorp, turn right into Essex Scottishlaan, then left into Vakantiestraat. By public transport: train to Ostend, then the Coast Tram to the Westende Sint-Laureins stop.
