Good to know
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in from 15:00, check-out by 11:00. You can check in online beforehand, and if you arrive early we will store your luggage. Arriving after reception has closed? You will receive the instructions and the code for the hotel key safe in advance.
Is there a pool?
Yes, a natural pool on the estate, open from 15 June to 15 September, 9:00 to 21:00. Children swim under the supervision of an adult.
Is breakfast included?
No, breakfast is optional: €22 per adult, €15 per child aged 4 to 11, free up to age 3. Buffet from 8:00 to 11:00. Prefer breakfast in your studio? Order pastries and bread through the bread service.
Is there parking?
Free parking on the estate, wheelchair accessible and with no height restriction, via Duinenweg. A lockable garage costs €11 per night (max. height 1.80 m). There are no charging points.
Are dogs allowed?
Yes, for €17.50 per dog per night. Dogs are not allowed in the breakfast room.
What is the difference between a room and a studio?
A Comfort room is a hotel room for two with a terrace and air conditioning. A studio has a kitchenette, a separate sleeping area and a south-facing balcony, for two to four people.
Can I book without a credit card?
Booking online requires a credit card. If you book by phone or email, you can pay by bank transfer: at least a week in advance, with the amount in the hotel’s account within 48 hours.
How do I get there?
By car: E40 exit 4 Middelkerke, via Spermaliestraat and Westendelaan to Louis Logierlaan; the first street on the left is Duinenweg. By public transport: train to Ostend, then the Coast Tram towards De Panne to the Krokodiel stop.
